You can cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering and reorder the correct size. In case you receive the mattress, we recommend not opening the box and contacting us: email at email@example.com or call at (833) FRANKLY. We will process the return label and get it picked up from your door to be returned back to us, and send you the correct size you need.
If you are outside of the 24-hour window since you placed your order and would like to request an exchange, please click here. We’ll process the price differential of the mattress to your credit card, schedule a pick up of the original mattress and then ship you a new Frankly Mattress.
A couple of notes:
- Exchanging your mattress will void the 60-night trial for your second Frankly Mattress.
