Short answer: No.
We ship all of our mattresses through UPS Ground, which usually means if you are not home at the time of delivery, the driver will leave it right at your front door or wherever large packages are usually left. Leaving the mattress is at the driver’s discretion, so in some locations, they may not leave the mattress so they can safely re-deliver it the next business day.
No signature is required to receive the mattress unless you’re shipping to a place of business, in which case someone will need to sign for the box. If you’d like to require a signature for a home delivery, just let us know and we can arrange for that. Please keep in mind that once added, a signature request cannot be removed and someone will need to be present to sign for the package.
